ClassArc's teachers are based in India and teach UAE students online, to whichever curriculum the school follows: British, IB, CBSE or ICSE. Your child keeps one teacher throughout, and the free first class is taught by that same teacher.
What is ClassArc?
ClassArc is live one-to-one online maths tutoring for school-age children. One teacher and one child, for 55 minutes. The same teacher every week. Classes run inside our own classroom software, not a video call: a shared worksheet you both write on, a shared whiteboard, and answers that sync live.
Where they are
Every ClassArc teacher lives and works in India, which is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of the UAE all year round. A 5pm class in Abu Dhabi is 6:30pm for the teacher, so after-school slots in the Emirates sit inside a normal working evening.
India is also why a one-to-one class costs a fraction of typical in-home rates in Dubai. A skilled teacher's salary is lower there; the saving is geographic, and nobody is underpaid to make it. We have no office or centre in the UAE, and we would rather tell you that here than have you find out later.
No clock change on either side, so the slot you book in September is still the same slot in June.
UAE and India timeCurricula
One teacher can cover a child's curriculum from primary to the exam years. Where a course calls for it, we match a teacher who specialises in that curriculum.

UAE British schools often mix domestic GCSE and International GCSE subject by subject, so we ask which specification maths is entered for. For the June series, Pearson requires UAE centres to sit regional "R" papers in most International GCSE subjects.
Your child's teacher
One person teaches every class, so a gap spotted in October is still being worked on by the same teacher in March.
The free 55-minute class is taught by the teacher who would carry on with your child, so you see their teaching first-hand.
Ask for a different teacher at any point and the next free class is with someone new. No reason needed.
The founder
ClassArc was founded by Rajat Sharma, who has more than seven years of experience teaching maths from kindergarten to Grade 12. He has not stepped back from teaching: he still takes classes on the platform each week.
For a UAE family, that means the person accountable for how ClassArc runs is also someone who sits in live lessons and knows what a Grade 8 student finds hard.

No CVs
We don't publish individual teacher CVs. A list of qualifications cannot show you whether a teacher explains simultaneous equations in a way your daughter follows, or notices when your son has gone quiet.
A lesson can. That is why the first class is free and is taught by the teacher who would stay. If you are not convinced, we arrange another free class with someone else.
Week to week
Tutoring follows the school's order of topics rather than a plan of its own.
The teacher confirms what the school class has reached before each lesson, whether that is IGCSE vectors or CBSE Class 9 polynomials.
Set from the lesson and the next school topic, and handed in inside ClassArc as a photo or typed answer.
The teacher looks through the work beforehand, and the next class opens by going over it together.
WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each class in UAE time, plus a termly parent meeting.

When you book a demo or sign up for classes, we collect your name, your child's name, email, WhatsApp number, time zone, and the grade you're inquiring about. That's it. We don't ask for or store any payment details on this website. We don't use trackers, cookies for advertising, or third-party analytics that profile you.
Only to schedule and run your classes, send you class reminders, share homework and progress, and answer your questions. We'll reach out by email or WhatsApp, depending on what you tell us works better for you.
Your teacher, and the small team supporting them at ClassArc. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside ClassArc. We use Web3Forms to receive form submissions, and standard email and WhatsApp for messaging, nothing else.
We treat any information about your child with extra care. We only collect what we need to teach them well, such as their grade and what they're working on. We never use a child's photo, name, or work in any marketing without the parent's explicit written permission.
You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your data entirely, at any time. Just email hello@theclassarc.com and we'll handle it within a few days.

ClassArc is a one-on-one online tutoring service. We provide live, scheduled classes between a teacher and a student, along with homework, feedback, and study support.
Each class is 55 minutes. You can reschedule or cancel a class up to 5 minutes before it starts. If you miss a class without notice, we usually credit it back to your balance and reschedule based on what works for the teacher and student.
The first demo class is free, no card required. After that, plans are billed in advance for the number of classes you choose (8, 24, or ~48). We'll send you a payment link directly once you've picked a plan.
If you want to stop classes at any point, we refund whatever class balance is left on your plan. No questions asked, no friction. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
We expect students and parents to treat teachers with respect, and teachers to do the same. We reserve the right to end the relationship if classes become unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, with a full refund of any unused balance.
If we update these terms, we'll email you before the changes take effect, so you have time to review them.
