One-to-one maths for UK families from £11 a class, taught by the same teacher every week — inside our own classroom software, not a video call. Key Stage 1 through GCSE.
The format
Every ClassArc class is one teacher and one student for 55 minutes. Not a small group, and not a marketplace where a different tutor appears each week.
Your child works with the same teacher throughout, so nobody spends the first ten minutes working out what was covered last time — and the teacher knows which topics get quietly avoided.
Always one teacher to one student, and the same teacher every week. No group calls, no rotating tutors.
What UK families get
Parents searching for a tutor say this matters more than credentials, and marketplaces cannot offer it. Ours is built around it.
The English national curriculum from Year 1 to Year 11, taught to your school's exam board at GCSE — AQA, Edexcel or OCR.
A shared worksheet both of you write on, a shared whiteboard, and answers that sync live. Nothing to install.
Inside a class
Every class follows the same shape, so your child always knows what is coming.
A mistake left unexplained is just a habit waiting to form. We close the loop before the next week's work begins.
Why the loop mattersThe teacher opens last class's work and last week's homework. No re-explaining, no lost time.
Teacher and student write on the same interactive worksheet, live. The working appears as it is thought, not after.
Your child works a problem unaided while the teacher watches the method form and steps in only where it goes wrong.
Set from exactly what was taught, reviewed together next class. That review is where the learning actually lands.
Curriculum
We follow the English national curriculum, and teach to the exam board your school uses.
The platform
Most online tutoring is a video call plus a shared PDF or a Google Doc. ClassArc built its own classroom instead, because a maths lesson needs more than two faces on a screen.
Teacher and student open the same interactive worksheet and both write on it live. There is a shared whiteboard for working a problem through together, answers sync instantly, and a maths games space for the last few minutes.
Your child joins from a browser. Nothing to install, no meeting link to find.
For a subject worked on a page rather than spoken aloud, watching the working happen is the difference between correcting an answer and correcting an approach.
Why we built our ownTimings
Our teachers are in India, which suits UK families well. Classes run from late afternoon through evening UK time — typically 3 PM to 9 PM, after school and before bedtime.
Times are set to your local clock, so you never do the arithmetic. WhatsApp reminders arrive 24 hours and 1 hour before each class, in UK time. Reschedule or cancel up to five minutes before a class starts.
Prices in pounds. Every class is 55 minutes, one-to-one, with the same teacher. First class free, no card required.

When you book a demo or sign up for classes, we collect your name, your child's name, email, WhatsApp number, time zone, and the grade you're inquiring about. That's it. We don't ask for or store any payment details on this website. We don't use trackers, cookies for advertising, or third-party analytics that profile you.
Only to schedule and run your classes, send you class reminders, share homework and progress, and answer your questions. We'll reach out by email or WhatsApp, depending on what you tell us works better for you.
Your teacher, and the small team supporting them at ClassArc. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside ClassArc. We use Formspree to receive form submissions, and standard email and WhatsApp for messaging, nothing else.
We treat any information about your child with extra care. We only collect what we need to teach them well, such as their grade and what they're working on. We never use a child's photo, name, or work in any marketing without the parent's explicit written permission.
You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your data entirely, at any time. Just email hello@theclassarc.com and we'll handle it within a few days.

ClassArc is a one-on-one online tutoring service. We provide live, scheduled classes between a teacher and a student, along with homework, feedback, and study support.
Each class is 55 minutes. You can reschedule or cancel a class up to 5 minutes before it starts. If you miss a class without notice, we usually credit it back to your balance and reschedule based on what works for the teacher and student.
The first demo class is free, no card required. After that, plans are billed in advance for the number of classes you choose (8, 24, or ~48). We'll send you a payment link directly once you've picked a plan.
If you want to stop classes at any point, we refund whatever class balance is left on your plan. No questions asked, no friction. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
We expect students and parents to treat teachers with respect, and teachers to do the same. We reserve the right to end the relationship if classes become unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, with a full refund of any unused balance.
If we update these terms, we'll email you before the changes take effect, so you have time to review them.
For anything, email hello@theclassarc.com.
