An affordable maths tutor
in Dubai, and the plain
reason it costs less

ClassArc's one-to-one maths classes for Dubai families start at AED 45 for 55 minutes, and AED 60 for students aged 14 to 18. The price is lower for one reason: our teachers live and work in India. The lesson itself keeps everything — the same teacher every week, the full 55 minutes, our own classroom software and a free first class.

Start with a free class 55 minutes · no card required

ClassArc is live one-to-one online maths tutoring for school-age children. One teacher and one child, for 55 minutes. The same teacher every week. Classes run inside our own classroom software, not a video call: a shared worksheet you both write on, a shared whiteboard, and answers that sync live.

How a class works · About ClassArc · Pricing

Why an online maths tutor from ClassArc costs less in Dubai

The difference is geography, not a thinner lesson. A tutor who lives in Dubai has to cover Dubai rent, school fees and transport, and their hourly rate reflects that. Our teachers live in India, an hour and a half ahead of the UAE, where the same income stretches a great deal further.

Nobody is underpaid to make the sums work. A salary that looks modest when converted into dirhams is a good one where our teachers live and raise their families.

We would rather spell this out than leave you guessing how the number is possible. The founder, Rajat Sharma, has taught K–12 maths for more than seven years and still teaches on the platform every week.

If a price looks low, a parent is right to ask what was taken out. Here the answer is the rent, not the lesson.

Where the saving comes from

What a lower price does not mean.

i

Not a
shorter class.

Every class runs the full 55 minutes, on the Starter block exactly as on the Committed one. The clock does not get trimmed to fit the price.

ii

Not a
group.

One teacher and one student, live, every time. No shared screen with other children and no recorded lesson in place of a real one.

iii

Not hidden
extras.

No joining fee, no materials fee and no charge for the first class. The per-class price is the whole price.

What maths tutoring in Dubai typically costs, by a published guide

The UAE publishes no official figures for private tutoring rates. The nearest thing is commercial: EdFlik's 2026 UAE tutoring guide, which is a company's published guide rather than official data.

ClassArc, ages 14–18AED 60 to AED 70Per 55-minute one-to-one class
ClassArc, ages 5–13From AED 45Per 55-minute one-to-one class

The guide's range is a commercial snapshot for 2026 and tutors set their own rates, so treat it as a rough benchmark rather than a market average. Our own prices are set in one place and shown in full on the UAE pricing page.

What every Dubai family gets at this price

An affordable class only helps if it is worth sitting through. These are included on every plan.

The same teacher

One person who learns how your child thinks. If the first pairing is not right, the next free class is with someone else.

In step with school

Before each class the teacher checks the unit your child's school is on, whether British, CBSE, IB or American, and teaches alongside it.

A classroom built for maths

In the browser, with no Zoom and nothing to install: a shared worksheet both write on, a whiteboard, answers that sync live, and ArcSpace for seeing fractions as 3D pieces.

Homework that comes back

Set to match the lesson, submitted inside ClassArc, reviewed before the next class, and talked through at the start of it.

Parents kept in the loop

WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each class in Dubai time, a termly parent meeting, and a downloadable PDF of the classes attended.

Terms that let you leave

Blocks, not subscriptions. Stop whenever you like and unused classes are refunded, with no notice period. Reschedule free up to 5 minutes before a class.

How to test the value before paying anything

The free first class is the evidence. Here is how to use it well.

Watch the second half of the free class, not the first. That is when the teacher has found where your child actually is.

Before you choose a tutor

Pages that go into the detail behind the price.

Why is ClassArc less expensive than other maths tutors in Dubai?
Because our teachers live and work in India, where living costs are far lower than in Dubai. That is the whole explanation. The class is still 55 minutes, one to one, with the same teacher, and the teachers are not underpaid.
Is an affordable online tutor as good as an expensive home tutor?
Price on its own cannot tell you. What matters is whether the tutor knows your child's curriculum, stays with your child week after week, and can see their working as it happens. The free class lets you judge all three before you spend anything.
Which plan gives the lowest price per class?
The Committed block of 48 classes: AED 45 a class for ages 5 to 13, or AED 60 for ages 14 to 18. If that feels like too much to commit to, start with the Starter block of eight and move up later. Unused classes are refunded if you stop.
Are there any extra costs?
No. There is no joining fee, no materials fee and no charge for the free first class. You pay for the block of classes you choose, and that is all.
Can I get a refund if tutoring is not working?
Yes. Stop at any time and unused classes are refunded, with no notice period. If the problem is the teacher match, tell us first: changing the teacher often fixes it.
